Does your church or ministry have an exciting event you would like to publicize? The Pacific Southwest Region has multiple platforms for publicizing your event:
Before your event can be shared on any of these Regional platforms, your must complete the following two-part process:
STEP 1: EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE APPROVAL
All events must be approved by the Executive Committee, which meets on the 3rd Saturday of every other month, before they can be publicized by the Regional Office. Email your event date, description, graphic/logo and event flier to Bruce Indermill, Senior Regional Office Administrator, at least 30 days before your event to ensure timely approval.
STEP 2: PROVIDE PUBLICITY MATERIALS
Once your event has been approved, it will automatically be added to the online Regional Event Calendar. If you would like the event further publicized in the PSWR E-News, on the Regional blog and on the PSWR Facebook page, then you must submit any pertinent publicity materials (event description, photo, logo, etc.) to Alisa Mittelstaedt, Communications Coordinator, via email. High resolution graphics are preferred.
Please note that the Regional Office exercises sole discretion regarding which events are displayed on the PSWR website's scrolling banner and does not guarantee any or all events will be advertised via the scrolling banner.
